What I make

Curtains, blinds & cushions

For inspiration — a feel for the styles, fabrics and finishes I work with by hand. All of my projects are unique to each customer and are made to measure.

How it works

From first hello to beautifully fitted

1

Get in touch

Tell me about your windows and the feeling you want in the room — snug and lined, soft and light, or somewhere in between. A friendly, no-obligation chat is all it takes to start.

2

Fabric & measurements

I'll visit you to chat through what you want from your window covering or coverings, and will help you to find the perfect fabric. I work with a range of fabric designers, so whether you want plain, striped, linen, or embroidered, you'll find something you love in one of my sample books. If it's not there, I'll do everything I can to find it for you. Once you've chosen your fabric, I'll take careful measurements and get to work.

3

Made by hand & professionally fitted

Then I get to work — cutting your chosen fabric to size and finishing it by hand in my Hexham workroom, with crisp mitred corners and ruler-straight hems. Once it's ready, I come to your home and fit it myself, so everything hangs and sits just perfect.

Cut, sewn and finished by hand — made for your window, and no one else's.

Every pair of curtains and every blind is measured, made and hung with care in my own workroom — interlined for warmth, blackout-lined for bedrooms, with mitred corners and ruler-straight hems as standard.
